What time(s) are the tours and how long do they take?
There is no regular time. The organization of tours depends on the vailability of our guides and the demand of Prague visitors. The length of the route depends on your interest and your options. Usually, the usual tour around Old Prague with our commentary takes two or three hours.
How do you accept payments?
We do not accept any payments. Our project is non-commercial. Moreover, our standard tour is designed in such a way that it is not absolutely necessary to visit the entrance paid areas. Of course, if you decide to visit some paid places during your walk, this is of course possible. In this case, you pay the entrance fee yourself.
What clothing do you recommend?
Casual hiking clothing that fits our Christian standards. We recommend good and comfortable shoes. No high heels. In the hot summer months head covering may be useful.
Who supervises your activity?
The JW-PragueBibleTour.org project is a private activity and our private affair. All members of our team are involved in it as volunteers. We are all active Jehovah’s Witnesses with various congregational and organizational responsibilities. Our historical comments are based on a precise research of reference works.
Can I ask for a tour though I am not a Jehovah’s Witness?
Our guided walks in Prague are designed exclusively for Jehovah’s Witnesses and only they can order them. After prior arrangement with us, the guided tours can also be attended by children and trusted friends of the visitor who arranges a guided tour with us. However, we expect the person to take responsibility for their appropriate behavior.
